What is the minimum age to start training at Gopal Sports?
We welcome students starting from 5 years of age. We have specialized foundational batches for kids focusing on agility, discipline, body balance, and anti-bullying reflexes.
Do I need prior martial arts experience or high fitness levels to join?
Not at all! Over 80% of our new students join with zero martial arts experience. Our certified instructors start with baseline physical conditioning, basic stances, and gradually build up your stamina and flexibility safely.
What should I wear or bring for my first free trial class?
Wear comfortable sports track pants and a t-shirt. Bring a water bottle and hand towel. All safety equipment like gloves, headguards, and pads are provided at the dojo for your demo session.
Do you prepare students for official district & state championships?
Yes. We are actively affiliated with District & State Muay Thai, Wushu, and Boxing associations. Dedicated competition fighters receive advanced sparring, weight coaching, and official merit trial licenses.
